All prices are in Indian rupees. Applicable GST is itemised separately in your bag and checkout before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but never on an order you have already placed.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Until then stock is held for you but nothing is charged.

We may cancel and refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, or if a listing carried an obvious pricing error. You will be told before we do.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

Our 3-day return policy is set out on the returns page and forms part of these terms. It is in addition to your rights under Indian consumer law, not instead of them.

We photograph and describe pieces as accurately as we can. Colours can render differently between screens, and handmade elements vary slightly.

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Indian law.
